Assess your fish names compliance (producers, retailers, wholesalers, processers, importers, exporters, restaurants)

For seafood producers, wholesalers, processors, exporters, importers, retailers, restaurants, and anyone else wanting to promote their use of approved standard fish names.

If you meet the assessment criteria below, you will comply with the requirements on Licensees specified in the Fish Names Brand Scheme Rules [PDF 300KB].

    You have a system to appropriately and effectively deals with customer complaints relating to fish names
